Comfy and confident in my Coral Swimwear

03 May 2018

I find that the older I get, the more comfortable I feel in my skin. I used to be so skinny, but I didn't really enjoy wearing bikinis to the beach because I was also too self-conscious.

The first time I felt free from these insecurities was when I declared "to hell with it!" and frolicked in the sand (and pool) in my Coral Swimwear.

Beach, please! I just realized how long it has been since I last went to the beach. I don't know when I can go again, but just in case, these are the new styles I'm eyeing from the brand:

That said, I am so sad about missing out on these:

One last limited run, please?

All their designs, cut, and colors suit my style preferences as well as my comfort levels when it comes to exposing skin. I can attest to how well-made they are, and how great they fit! I am no longer the skinny girl most of you might remember; I have a pouch and I have a big butt and thick thighs, but Coral Swimwear makes me embrace all these. I never have to worry about falling straps nor get anxious about showing more than I intend to and even my scars from my surgery is safe from prying eyes.

I understand that for some people buying clothes can be quite tricky even with the sizing guide. If you want to see these swimsuits in person you can visit their retail partners (you may check the FAQ section on their website for the list) OR you can also drop by the Summer Shopping Party they're hosting with sister brand Pearl Clothing on Saturday!

It will be on May 5 (Saturday) from 10 AM to 6 PM at Borough in C2 Bonifacio High Street Central. They said they will be selling their Summer 2018 Collections: AndiOliviaXCoralSwimwear, Sortida del Sol, Pearl Clothing SS 2018, as well as new styles! I'm crossing my fingers these styles haven't been posted online yet as getting first dibs will be awesome, hee. You get to try on the swimsuits plus you can shop, eat, drink, and dance! Entrance is free but you do have to RSVP at 0917 561 0365, or email them thru office.beatissima@gmail.com.

This is not a sponsored post, and I am not saying all these positive things just because one of the owners, Patricia, was my officemate and a friend. I just really wanted to share how empowering wearing the right swimsuit is and its positive impact to me and my self-esteem. Even my Aunt Weng loves her Coral Swimwear! If I can help one other person out there who is struggling with choosing the perfect swimwear for her, then I can spend the rest of this scorching summer happy. ♡
